Mid-towners will have their choice of events this weekend. First, dozens of local and regional painters, sculptors, jewelry-makers and other artists will turn Elizabeth Baldwin Park into a wooded bazaar for Saturday’s second annual Art in the Park. Second, 60 more artists will set up along the VISIONS Cultural Arts Tour route, a total of 13 venues including Art Square Studios, Lawndale Art Center, CTRL Gallery, the Ensemble Theater and the Station Museum of Contemporary Art. REV Houston’s Smart car and Ricky Rickshaw will offer shuttle rides between the various VISIONS venues and the park. Noon to 5 p.m. Elizabeth Baldwin Park, 1702 Elgin.
