"This year's festivals aren't just the biggest or best shows in hip-hop," claims Rock the Bells founder Chang Weisberg. "They are some of the most important musical experiences overall." Lofty claims, but this hip-hop caravan's scope and lineup is enough to back them up. This year, Rock the Bells debuts on the East Coast in late July, zipping across the country for 15 shows before ending in its California birthplace later this month. Legendary freestyle MC Supernatural hosts the festivities alongside world-renowned beatboxer Rahzel.
